Writing The Sensual Life: The written word is a powerful tool for finding and freeing your sensual voice. Designed for writers and non-writers alike, The Sensual Life courses focus on writing as process, not product. Within the confines of a safe, confidential, non-judgmental space, you are encouraged to explore and express your sensuality fully. In the safe container of a blank page, the unspoken becomes named, the impossible becomes possible, and you are free to unleash your creativity and imagination in new ways.

Sensuality As Play and Practice: Sensuality has become synonymous — a euphemism even — for sex and sexuality. But there is a distinct, and delicious, difference. What are the boundaries and parameters of our natural sensuality? How do we access it? And how is it different from sex and sexuality? The courses in this section range from early explorations in sensual discovery and play to advanced sensual practices and deep intimacy and emotional healing and opening.

Retreats: The Sensual Life will host an expanded week-long retreat in 2012. This deeper study is called Sensually Yours and is by invitation only. Only participants of our workshops and retreats, private coaching clients, or individuals who have engaged in transformational work of some kind if you secure a referral from your teacher or organization are eligible to attend.
